Overview
The Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme Scholarship 2026 is a fully funded opportunity offered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Malaysia.
This scholarship is designed for international students from developing countries to pursue a Master’s degree in Malaysia while gaining valuable knowledge and skills to contribute to their home country’s development.
The programme duration is between 24 to 36 months.
Eligibility
- Be a citizen of a developing country
- Be not more than 45 years old
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second Class Upper or GPA 3.50)
- Have studied in English or provide proof of English proficiency
