Fully Funded RUFORUM / Mastercard Foundation TAGDev 2.0 Scholarship 2026/2027 for African Students

The TAGDev 2.0 Scholarship is a fully funded program for African students to study at selected African universities. It is implemented by the Regional Universities Forum for Capacity Building in Agriculture (RUFORUM) in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation.

The program supports talented but economically disadvantaged students to pursue undergraduate and master’s degrees while gaining leadership, entrepreneurship, and community development skills.

Step 2: Apply Through the University

• Visit the selected university’s application portal

• Apply for an eligible programme

• Follow the specific instructions in the call document

• Submit Required Documents

Applications are open for the 2026/2027 academic year

Female applicants and disadvantaged groups are strongly encouraged

Selection is competitive and based on merit and need

Only applications through partner universities are accepted
