Overview
The TAGDev 2.0 Scholarship is a fully funded program for African students to study at selected African universities. It is implemented by the Regional Universities Forum for Capacity Building in Agriculture (RUFORUM) in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation.
The program supports talented but economically disadvantaged students to pursue undergraduate and master’s degrees while gaining leadership, entrepreneurship, and community development skills.
