Overview
Impact Pioneers ’26 EUROPE is a fully funded leadership and collaboration programme organized by the Swedish Institute for entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem leaders across Eastern Europe, the Baltics, and Sweden.
The programme combines online learning sessions with a fully funded onsite experience in Stockholm, Sweden. Participants will connect with innovation leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations working on sustainability, entrepreneurship, and the green transition.
The 2026 edition focuses on Entrepreneurship and Innovation for Resilient Futures, with key themes including:
- Renewable energy
- Urban infrastructure
- Waste management
- Circular economy solutions
Selected participants will gain leadership development experience, international networking opportunities, and direct exposure to Sweden’s innovation ecosystem.
Eligibility
- Be citizens and residents of eligible countries
- Be at least 23 years old
- Have at least 2 years of professional experience
- Work in entrepreneurship, innovation, sustainability, or green transition sectors
- Have strong English communication skills
- Hold a position that allows international collaboration and partnership development

- Armenia, Azerbaijan, Estonia, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Sweden, and Ukraine
