This initiative aims to develop human capacity in the Niger Delta region by sponsoring qualified candidates to pursue Masterโs degrees abroad in key professional fields. The program equips scholars with relevant skills to compete globally and contribute to the regionโs development.
Eligibility
- Must be an indigene of the Niger Delta region
- Must possess a First Class or Second Class Upper (2:1) degree
- Must not be above 40 years of age
- Must have a relevant Bachelorโs degree from a recognized university
- Admission into an overseas university is required
