This initiative aims to develop human capacity in the Niger Delta region by sponsoring qualified candidates to pursue Masterโ€™s degrees abroad in key professional fields.

The program equips scholars with relevant skills to compete globally and contribute to the regionโ€™s development.

Eligibility

  • Must be an indigene of the Niger Delta region
  • Must possess a First Class or Second Class Upper (2:1) degree
  • Must not be above 40 years of age
  • Must have a relevant Bachelorโ€™s degree from a recognized university
  • Admission into an overseas university is required

  • Delta State
  • Edo State
  • Imo State
  • Ondo State
