Overview

The OECD Internship Program offers students from around the world the opportunity to work with international policy experts in a multicultural and professional environment.

Interns contribute to important global policy areas such as climate change, education, economy, artificial intelligence, finance, health, governance, digital transformation, and more.

Internships may be conducted remotely, in hybrid format, or onsite in Paris depending on the needs of the OECD hiring team.

This program allows participants to gain hands-on experience in international policy development while working with one of the world’s most respected organisations.

Eligibility

  • Be enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD programme throughout the internship period
  • Be available for at least one month
  • Have strong English or French language skills
  • Possess good communication, drafting, and analytical skills
  • Be comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment

Eligible Countries

  • Open to applicants from all countries worldwide, including non-OECD member countries.
